Why would you assume that? There's no way every subscriber would think of getting a personalised product. I can think of many reasons not to. Many subscribers know exactly what they want and have no need to personalized subscriptions.
My biggest worry of Hims is that they haven’t introduced new verticals after weight loss in early 2024. In Q1 call they said that they will introduce testosterone and menopausal treatments before end of 2025. I have hoped they would accelerate, not decelerate introducing of verticals.
