Hi Antonio, Thanks for your brilliant analysis. One comment / concern which you touch on above: I am getting increasingly concerned about stock based compensation. This write up made me think: https://www.epsilontheory.com/stock-buybacks-and-the-monetization-of-stock-based-compensation/

Any more thoughts / numbers on this? You seem hopeful that the very generous compensation schemes might be reduced going forward..? One concern is that the value of previous compensations have dropped with the falling share-price and this might trigger continued generosity..? Thanks again, BR Kjetil

Brilliant digest. A lot to ponder. That said- one of the most glaring (and simplest) details that remains under appreciated is the fact that the organization *utilizes it’s own software* (both known products as well as novel, beta applications) to maximize business efficiency and decision making. They’re in effect running countless digital twins @ Palantir endlessly into the future. That, to me, is a mind-blowing thought.

Their non-linear Sales approach is unclear so far. As an independent developer or small business owner I cannot sign up for Foundry and see what is in it for me. Their sales today is limited by human labour as it requires customisation. There is no training material or certification to become a Foundry developer/expert. The effort to build such eco-system is abysmal so far.

Not sure what is so difficult for them to make their software accessible given their software is supposed to accelerate productivity. So far there is no compelling answer I've seen. May be consider exploring this and see when can we expect a serious developer eco-system. There are some developer material but that is only to support existing customers. There is nothing for a brand to new developer/business without talking to a human.

Very Interesting. I am thinking at buying back PLTR after selling at a massive loss in the past. I am now more matured and looking with a 10-year horizon.
